BavarianMotive is a BMW-focused diagnostic application that provides read-only diagnostic fault code scanning and optional informational AI-based diagnostic explanations (BavarianMotive X).

⚠️ BavarianMotive does not perform ECU writing, tuning, flashing, coding, or vehicle control.

2. Informational Use Only

All diagnostic information is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy or completeness. You are responsible for vehicle operation decisions. Always consult a qualified technician for diagnosis and repairs.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account.

4. Purchases

Paid features are offered as a one-time purchase through Google Play Billing. All purchases are subject to Google Play’s refund policies.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to modify, bypass, or reverse engineer the Service
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Misrepresent diagnostic information as professional advice

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BavarianMotive is not liable for vehicle damage, loss, or injury. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
